E-mail Notifications

Library patrons will receive automated e-mail notifications from regarding their account activities. These alerts serve as timely reminders for:

  • Reminders for the return or renewal of overdue library documents.
  • Notices regarding the return of reserved books.
  • Notifications for the collection of reserved books.
  • Weekly alerts on new arrivals.
  • Advance notice for the renewal of borrowed books.
  • Intimation/Confirmation of renewed books.

SMS Notifications

The P. K. Kelkar Library offers an SMS notification facility to keep patrons informed about their library account activities. SMS alerts are generated exclusively for transactions related to the patron's account.

Patrons may also opt-in to receive general library notices via SMS.
