Acquisition Division
The Acquisitions division (Books & Periodical) is responsible for acquiring books, journals, electronic resources, including databases, digital collections, and other non-print materials for the PK Kelkar Library.
Archives Division
Archives serve as "reminiscence" of an institute. The functions of an archive are to acquire, arrange, describe and preserve all forms of records related to the history and administration of the institute.
Automation Division
The Automation division is responsible for managing the RFID system, ILMS using koha, DSpace (Theses Repository) and Networking Management and overall, the Website (Library, Intranet & Archives) and services through it.
Circulation Division
Circulation Division cater new members registration, issue/return of books, Displaying weekly new arrivals. It is fully automated for document circulation and also maintains proper record keeping.
Library Office
The Library Office handles all official administrative dealings, paperwork, and organizational management to ensure the smooth functioning of the library's daily operations.
