2. Mandatory Certificate Page

The soft copy of the full thesis must include a certificate page:

• Duly signed by the Supervisor(s)
• Bearing the DOAA stamp

Email the certificate to the respective desk:

3. File Format & Naming

• Only PDF files are accepted (No encryption allowed).
• Ensure page numbers are in correct serial order.

File Naming Convention (Roll No: xxxxxx):

• Abstract: xxxxxx_abstract.pdf
• Full Thesis: xxxxxx.pdf
• Authentication Form: xxxxxx_authentication.pdf

• Refer to the Sample File
• How to generate MD5 & SHA512 hash

Process: Email the filled form for signature to the respective desk. After receiving the signed form, upload all three files at https://etd.iitk.ac.in

5. Verification & No Dues Certificate

• Online thesis submissions are verified by library staff.
• After verification, the thesis is moved to the repository.
• No Dues Certificate is issued only after verification and clearance of book dues.
